Introduction

  • Setting & operating a wide variety of conventional & CNC machines (milling, turning, grinding and mill turn)
  • Following operation sheets, in order to ensure parts are progressed through the factory on time
  • Interpreting drawings & quality specifications

What You'll Do

  • Carrying out quality checks
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety
  • Working in accordance with the company’s policies & goals to ensure consistency
  • Develop career - Opportunities to go into CAD/CAM and rapid prototyping
  • Preparing tooling, fixtures and measuring equipment
  • Working from drawings, routings, works instructions carrying out instructions
