Full Job Description
The program will start in September 2026 with the role of an Embedded Systems Engineer in Cwmbran, UK, where you will join the Embedded Software Engineering team which develops and maintains the firmware that powers our Life Safety products, ensuring robust performance, compliance, and system reliability. The team delivers secure, high quality code across the full development lifecycle, from architecture to validation.
- Currently possesses, or will have obtained a bachelor's or master's degree in Electronics/SW Engineering with a graduation date no later than August 2026
- Max. 1-3 years of experience (counting internships) and max. 3 years after graduation.
- Experience/Knowledge of HW/SW/Firmware/Embedded engineering Required skills:
- Effective communication
- Proactivity and curiosity
- Ability to learn fast and take challenging tasks
- Desire to build a leadership career in a multinational company
- Flexibility to relocate within the EMEA region during the program
