Engineering Apprentice

As an Engineering Apprentice, you'll undertake a structured training programme combining academic study with practical, on-the-job experience. Under the guidance of an experienced Mentor, you'll gain the skills and knowledge needed to support our engineering department and grow into a future leader in maintenance.,

• Carry out basic repairs and maintenance on mechanical equipment such as pumps, valves, and pipes
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks
• Complete checklists and maintenance records
• Learn and assist with more complex mechanical tasks
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Use hand and power tools (e.g., wrenches, drills, grinders) and test equipment
• Understand engineering science and technology principles
• Prioritise safety and identify workplace hazards
• Use basic computer software (Word, Excel)
