Full Job Description
As a Senior Engineer - Platform Engineering (DevEx, CI and CD, SCM, GitHub) you will be responsible for leading our developer experience platforms, shaping how teams build, test, release and collaborate. This role will modernise CI and CD, strengthen SCM hygiene, and deliver a frictionless engineering experience through GitHub based automation. What you will do:
- Own the developer experience ecosystem including CI pipelines, CD workflows and SCM policy.
- Lead GitHub platform engineering including Actions, advanced workflows, security and governance.
- Drive standardisation of build and release pipelines, quality gates, dependency management and automation.
- Improve inner loop developer tooling and productivity.
- Partner with engineering squads to embed best practices and uplift engineering maturity.
Deep Azure architecture experience including landing zones and cloud governance. - Strong SRE mindset with proven hands on reliability engineering.
- Strong automation experience with IaC and cloud security controls.
- Expertise across Kubernetes, container platforms, networking and identity fundamentals.
- Ability to influence platform standards and guide engineering teams.
