Engagement Leader

37 hours per week 8.00 am to 4.00 pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00 am to 3.30 pm Friday with a 30-minute unpaid break during the day.
The post will be 41 weeks.
The Engagement Lead role is a new and exciting post being introduced into the school from September 2026. We are seeking a passionate and skilled candidate who has experience in trauma-informed education approaches, who is able to work collaboratively with staff, families and the community to bring positive impact to our learners across Years 7-11. Purpose of the Role
To provide strategic leadership of behaviour and positive engagement processes for learners in Years 7-11, in line with national guidance and the whole school priorities. The post holder will work closely with the Pastoral and Senior Leadership Teams to consider contextual approaches that will promote a strong, inclusive, rights-based culture. Emphasis will be placed on supporting all learners to engage well, make progress and achieve their full potential.
The closing date for receipt of completed application forms is 9.00 am, Wednesday 10th June 2026. The shortlisting will take place on Friday 12th June 2026.
Interviews will take place on Monday 15th June 2026.
