Full Job Description
37 hours per week 8.00 am to 4.00 pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00 am to 3.30 pm Friday with a 30-minute unpaid break during the day.
The post will be 41 weeks.
The Engagement Lead role is a new and exciting post being introduced into the school from September 2026. We are seeking a passionate and skilled candidate who has experience in trauma-informed education approaches, who is able to work collaboratively with staff, families and the community to bring positive impact to our learners across Years 7-11. Interested candidates are welcome to visit our school prior to application or interview and/or we are able to answer in advance.
Purpose of the Role
To provide strategic leadership of behaviour and positive engagement processes for learners in Years 7-11, in line with national guidance and the whole school priorities. The post holder will work closely with the Pastoral and Senior Leadership Teams to consider contextual approaches that will promote a strong, inclusive, rights-based culture. Emphasis will be placed on supporting all learners to engage well, make progress and achieve their full potential.

Interviews will take place on Monday 15th June 2026.
