Full Job Description
Work closely with Neighbourhood Services and Asset Management teams, supporting customers with energy debt, billing disputes, utility provider issues, and access to energy grants and government support schemes.
Conduct home visits, providing practical advice on energy use, smart meters, heating controls, and damp prevention, while identifying opportunities to improve the energy efficiency of homes.
Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, maintain accurate records of customer outcomes and savings, contribute to service improvements and system development, and ensure compliance with relevant policies and legislation.
