Full Job Description
You will be working as part of a newly established team in a decontamination environment, delivering a professional service to the NHS trust. You will be responsible for ensuring that all Endoscopes are cleaned and packaged to the correct high standards ready for patient use., Main Duties will include: Perform Leakage tests on all scopes Pre-Clean all scopes as per the manufacturers guidelines. Decontaminate flexible scopes using the automated washer disinfectors. Complete all necessary scanning and administration for endoscopes to be reprocessed
SCL is a wholly owned subsidiary of County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust (CDDFT) set up to deliver a range of non-clinical services The company is a separate legal body to CDDFT.
