Enabler Supervisor

This is a varied, hands-on supervisory role where youll lead and support a team of Enablers while ensuring service users receive care that is safe, personalized and focused on achieving their individual goals. At the heart of the role is reablement. Youll help ensure our teams focus on what people can do and want to achieve, encouraging service users to regain skills, confidence and independence wherever possible. Alongside supporting service users, youll provide day-to-day leadership to Enablers through supervision, coaching, observed practice and spot checks. Youll help colleagues develop their skills, maintain high standards and feel confident delivering care within
the community. Youll also work closely with therapists, clinicians, Adult Social Care and other partners, helping coordinate care and responding effectively when needs or circumstances change., We are seeking an experienced health or social care professional with a reablement focus for the Enabler Supervisor role. In this position, you will join our Intermediate Care and Reablement Service to provide high-quality community care. The role requires leading a team of Enablers, ensuring users get personalized goals-focused care, and encouraging skill, confidence, and independence.
