Enablement Support Lead

Derbyshire County Council are looking for an Enablement Support Team Lead in North East Derbyshire to manage and organise effective provision of services through specific projects, specialist advice and guidance and the day-to-day co-ordination of a team. Improving outcomes through supporting and assisting the well-being of individuals. We're all about enablement that really matters - encouraging people to achieve their best in their own homes and communities.
