Are you an Employment Solicitor 3yrs+ PQE looking to take the next step in your career and join an award winning solicitors practice based in central Hove?

Our client is a modern and highly recognised commercial practice in central Hove (Brighton) seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to oversee and grow the firms Employment law department.

With the help of a Paralegal you will be servicing the firms commercial clients on related Employment law matters including providing corporate support work (TUPE) when required. You will also be advising individuals and executives on various discrimination and unfair dismissal claims and have the ability to draft employment contracts and settlement agreements.

This role would suit someone coming from a Legal 500 or commercial law firm background willing to take the department to the next step.
