About the Role The Employment Advisor exists to support refugees to progress towards meaningful employment in the UK through high-quality employment advice, guidance and practical support. The role is responsible for managing a caseload of clients, delivering employment and career-related interventions, and supporting volunteers to contribute effectively to service delivery. Through individual support, group activities and partnership working, the role contributes to successful employment outcomes and delivery of project objectives., Please note we're not responsible for the content of job ads, as they're posted by the recruiter.
