Full Job Description

Weekly working hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday: 8:30am - 5:00pm & Friday: 8:30am - 4:30pm Essential

  • Foundational knowledge of self-employment, with the confidence to offer initial guidance and signposting where needed Confident IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office and digital tools to support customers effectively Proven ability to thrive in a target-driven environment, with a focus on achieving and exceeding goals Experience delivering high-quality services, consistently meeting contractual requirements and quality standards Desirable Strong understanding of the employability sector, with insight into effective approaches that support individuals into work Knowledge of the recruitment landscape, with an appreciation of employer needs and hiring practices Experience providing information, advice and guidance, with a passion for supporting people to make informed decisions and achieve their goals Full
  • UK driving licence, with the flexibility to travel as required to support customers and meet business needs
