Employer Services Manager

This role exists to ensure people facing barriers can access sustainable employment through strong employer partnerships. You will lead employer engagement strategy, develop a high-performing team and personally manage strategic employers that deliver volume, quality and retention. You will work closely with delivery teams, funders and employers. What You Will Do

• Lead an employer-led recruitment strategy aligned to participant capability
• Secure high-quality vacancies and sustained employment outcomes
• Personally manage strategic and high-volume employer accounts
• Lead and performance-manage Employer Relationship Managers
• Drive a consistent sales culture and pipeline discipline
• Analyse labour market data to inform strategy and mitigate risk
• Ensure CRM accuracy, compliance and data integrity, We review every application carefully. We expect a clear and concise CV showing what you have achieved.
You will complete short scenario-based questions as part of your application. These must be completed in full. If progressed, you may be invited to a telephone or video screening interview.
