business-critical matters Partner with senior managers and key stakeholders to provide confident, pragmatic ER advice Ensure ER case management is fair, consistent, evidence-based, and compliant with UK employment law and company policy Identify ER trends, risks, and root causes, using MI to inform actions and improve manager capability Drive continuous improvement across ER processes, policies, quality standards, and service delivery We tend to look for people with: Essential: Proven experience in an Employee Relations or HR Advisory role Strong working knowledge of UK employment law, with practical application Proven experience managing complex, high-risk ER cases end to end Strong collaborative stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build alignment at all levels. Confident decision-maker, able to provide constructive challenge and clear direction Experience managing ER cases within a multi-client or outsourced environment Desirable: Experience leading

managing, or mentoring HR/ER professionals CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 qualification (or equivalent experience) Background in high-volume and/or unionised environments Experience supporting organisational change, including restructures, TUPE, or redundancy programmes What's in it for you?
