Employee Relations Advisor - Talent PoolLocation: Birmingham (hybrid - typically 1-2 days per week in the office)Hours: Full time - 40 hours a week

What future roles could involve:
-Managing a varied caseload of employee relations matters, providing clear, pragmatic advice aligned to employment law and best practice
-Coaching and empowering line managers to confidently manage ER cases while balancing risk and commercial outcomes
-Partnering with HR colleagues and senior stakeholders across the business
-Supporting ER policy and process reviews, contributing to continuous improvement
-Working collaboratively with Legal and Occupational Health teams on complex cases, including Early Conciliation and Employment Tribunal matters
HR or ER professionals with a strong working knowledge of employee relations policy and UK employment law
-Experience managing ER cases and delivering sound, solution-focused advice
-A people-centred approach, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
-Ability to work with professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
-Experience within a HR Shared Service Centre environment (desirable)
-CIPD qualification at Level 3, 5 or 7 (desirable - study support available)
