Summary
This post represents an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join a team in Keele University's People and Organisational Development Department. We are seeking to appoint an Employee Relations Advisor who can provide a high-quality advisory service to all stakeholders, providing consistent, effective and well-informed advice to managers and staff on all complex employee relations and employee lifecycle matters.
The ideal candidate will have experience advising managers and employees on a range of employee relations and employment lifecycle issues, along with a strong track record of conducting investigations, hearings and appeals in particular to disciplinary and grievance casework. This role is well suited to those who are CIPD qualified (or nearing completion) and who have experience working within a unionised environment, providing advice across the full spectrum of employee relations activity.
You will enjoy the breadth and variety of casework and thrive in a culture of continuous improvement, contributing to the ongoing enhancement of our service offer for managers.
