Employability Practitioner

Are you passionate about transforming the lives of individuals who face complex barriers to employment? We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Employment Advisor (within The Salvation Army, this position is referred to as Employability Practitioner) to assist and empower participants by equipping them with the necessary tools and motivation to move closer to sustainable employment.

Please note a full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential, Appointment will be subject to satisfactory references, a criminal record check, Enhanced DBS check for the adult workforce, Driving Licence and evidence of your Right to Work in the UK in line with Home Office requirements.
