Emotional Wellbeing Coach

Package Description: We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic and motivated Children's Emotional Health and Wellbeing Coach to join our friendly and supportive team. The Wiltshire Children and Young Peoples Emotional Wellbeing Service is underpinned by the Thrive Framework. The Wiltshire Children and Young Peoples Emotional Wellbeing service will offer timely and flexible support for children, young people and their families with professionals thinking holistically about the needs of the child or young person rather than focusing on a diagnosis. Our aim is to build resilience in children, young people, their families/carers and professionals and to be informed about support available, the choices they have, empowering them to understand what they can do to help themselves and how to support future mental health needs. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, they will be responsible for providing targeted outcomes-focused help to address specific emotional health

This service aims to provide timely and flexible support focused on the holistic needs of children, young people, and their families, rather than a diagnosis. We strive to build resilience in children, their families, and professional carers, providing them with knowledge of the available support and empowering them to handle future mental health needs. Working within a multidisciplinary team, the Wellbeing Coach will employ solution-focused methods and decider skills to offer a personalized coaching program. This role emphasizes the '5 Ways to Wellbeing', which includes connecting with others, being physically active, learning new skills, giving to others, and mindfulness.
