Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced ELSA practitioner with a desire to become part of a committed team of staff in a secondary school setting.
At St Dunstan's we aim to provide a high quality of education and an environment that supports, nurtures and challenges students to fulfil their potential. St Dunstan's is part of the Midsomer Norton Schools Partnership (MNSP), a Multi-Academy Trust.
We are looking for an individual dedicated to nurturing the whole child. You will play a pivotal role in fostering the social and emotional growth necessary for students to thrive in their personal lives and academic careers.

Be able to provide one-to-one or small group interventions for emotional, social and behavioural difficulties
- Have experience working with young people in an educational setting
- Be patient, empathetic, creative and able to work under pressure
- Be able to communicate effectively with colleagues, students and families
