Full Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Emergency Medicine Specialist Trainee (ST3) to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. As a vital member of our emergency department, you will be responsible for providing immediate and comprehensive care to patients presenting with a wide range of urgent medical conditions. Your responsibilities will include performing assessments, developing treatment plans, and coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. You will have the opportunity to enhance your clinical skills through hands-on experience, engaging in procedures, and participating in educational programs that foster professional growth within the specialty of emergency medicine.
The ideal candidate will possess a medical degree, have completed at least two years of Foundation Training (or equivalent), and hold registration with the General Medical Council (GMC). You should demonstrate excellent clinical judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Experience in an emergency care setting is highly desirable, as is a commitment to continuous learning and improvement. In return, we offer a supportive working environment, comprehensive training opportunities, and competitive remuneration, along with generous benefits that include access to mental health support, flexible working arrangements, and opportunities for research and academic involvement. Join us in making a difference in the lives of patients during their most critical moments and advance your career in emergency medicine.
