We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Emergency Medicine Core Trainee (ST1 & ST2), formerly known as SHO, to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. As a core trainee in emergency medicine, you will engage in the assessment, diagnosis, and management of a diverse range of acute medical conditions, working alongside experienced consultants and a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This position requires the ability to thrive in high-pressure situations, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and exhibit a commitment to patient-centered care.


The ideal candidate will possess a medical degree and relevant clinical experience, including completion of foundation training or equivalent. You should have a strong foundation in emergency medicine principles, a willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to your professional development. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include performing clinical assessments, managing patient flow in a busy department, assisting with procedures, and participating in educational opportunities. Additionally, you may be involved in research initiatives that contribute to the advancement of emergency medicine practices.
