About the Company
Maven Research is a global open talent platform powered by artificial intelligence and machine learning. We connect organizations with professionals who offer on-the-ground perspectives, specialized knowledge, and deep expertise. Through our platform, companies can rapidly source the right talent for needs ranging from brief interviews and targeted surveys to in-depth consulting, long-term advisory roles, employment placement, and market research. By enabling seamless access to the world's most relevant experts, Maven empowers organizations to make smarter, faster decisions and achieve better outcomes.
About the Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs), Paramedics, and Tele-Emergency Physicians with direct experience in pre-hospital emergency care and emergency medical service (EMS) operations. This survey involves sharing your expertise on current clinical workflows, diagnostic capabilities, and decision-making processes in ground-based emergency medical services.
Your insights will contribute to a market research study exploring the potential role of a mobile point-of-care (PoC) diagnostic system in the pre-hospital setting. The study aims to understand where such a system could add value, which clinical metrics would be most useful, operational considerations for implementation, and the technical, organizational, legal, and economic requirements for adoption.
This is a flexible consulting engagement that can be completed alongside full-time employment. Time commitment is based entirely on your availability and schedule.
Relevant Experience
- Providing emergency medical care in ground-based EMS environments.
- Making or supporting pre-clinical treatment and transport decisions.
- Utilizing diagnostic tools, monitoring equipment, and clinical assessment protocols in emergency settings.
- Experience with telemedicine, remote clinical support, or tele-emergency physician services (preferred for Tele-Emergency Physician participants).
- Collaborating with emergency departments, dispatch centers, or other healthcare stakeholders during patient handoffs and care coordination.
- Familiarity with operational, regulatory, or logistical challenges in EMS delivery.
Qualifications
- Current or recent experience as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Emergency Care Practitioner, or Tele-Emergency Physician.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in emergency medical services, pre-hospital care, or tele-emergency medicine.
- Based in Germany or the United Kingdom.
- Ability to discuss clinical workflows, operational challenges, and technology adoption within EMS settings.
- Willingness to participate in a market research interview and provide professional credentials for verification purposes.
