Full Job Description

  • ·You will be working as part of a team to provide a professional and caring service to all patients.
  • · Providing the highest standards of clinical and personal care within the inter-hospital and pre-hospital environment, within your scope of practice.
  • · Responding to operational requirements in a safe and efficient way as directed by the Control Centre.
  • · Driving all types of approved Ambulance Service vehicles under normal conditions in accordance with road traffic law., Role Requirements

    · Hold a UK manual 'Category B' driving licence for at least 1 years and no more than 6 points on your licence.
  • · You will hold a FREC 4 or equivalent qualification.
  • · Physical fitness is important in this role as there is sometimes a requirement to reach inaccessible patients in a hurry, carry out manual handling and CPR.
  • · Have a warm and caring personality with the ability to connect with people.
  • · Lastly, you will have quality references covering the last three years of employment history and a satisfactory, enhanced DBS check.
