Full Job Description
- Provide day-to-day financial management and analytics to Finance business partners and stakeholders.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and quarterly business review processes.
- Spot risks and opportunities and recommend practical solutions.
- Deliver accurate, timely reports and dynamic dashboards, plus polished presentations that simplify complex information.
- Respond to ad-hoc analysis requests, including scenario modelling.
- Build trusted relationships with Finance teams across the globe.
- Drive process improvements and act as the escalation point for audit queries.
A finance or business-related education, ideally with a professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent). - Proven FP&A experience supporting global brands in complex, multi-market environments.
- Senior analyst experience across planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and scenario modelling. Hospitality or leisure a plus.
- Strong Oracle, Essbase, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Sharp analytical skills and the ability to link operational and financial performance.
- Confident communication and influencing skills, with the drive to thrive in a fast-moving, global environment.
