Full Job Description
We're on the search for an innovative and strategic Employer Branding expert to help elevate Adobe's award-winning brand as an employer of choice in the competitive talent market across our EMEA countries. We're looking for someone who understands the talent acquisition space and is able to further develop our regional employer brand strategy and utilise data to conceptualise and deliver results-oriented integrated talent marketing programmes to bring the Adobe story to life in region. You'll thrive in this role if you're a creative and analytical problem solver, and a great storyteller. You'll be part of the global team responsible for helping Adobe scale our core talent pipelines by defining our talent attraction strategy and building brand affinity. We have an amazing story to tell and need to amplify this much louder across our key regional hiring countries.,
- Regional Employer Brand Strategy: Evolve our EMEA employer brand strategy across 22 countries, building scalable frameworks that balance regional consistency with local market relevance. Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate insight generation, content creation, and campaign execution at scale.
- Employee Value Proposition: Define and activate Adobe's EVP across university, experienced, and executive talent audiences, ensuring our positioning is differentiated and resonates across diverse EMEA markets.
- Social Content Strategy and Execution: Own the end-to-end regional social content strategy, content pillars, channel mix, publishing cadence, and performance measurement. Develop audience-led narratives informed by talent insights that directly support pipeline generation across organic and paid channels.
- Talent Marketing and Campaign Delivery: Lead full-funnel campaigns from awareness through to conversion, including programmatic and paid media. Manage budgets, channel strategy, and measurement. Conceive and deliver candidate and employee activations that support hiring goals and bring the Adobe brand to life at key moments throughout the year.
- Data, Analytics and Insights: Build reporting frameworks that connect campaign performance to hiring outcomes. Translate data into actionable insights, and provide competitive intelligence to inform TA strategy and channel investment decisions.
- AI and Candidate Discovery: Optimise Adobe's careers content for modern discovery channels, search, LLMs, and AI-powered tools - applying structured content, SEO, and emerging AI visibility principles to improve candidate reach.
- Stakeholder and Partner Management: Act as a strategic adviser to TA leaders, partners, and sourcers. Manage external agencies and media partners, holding them accountable to performance and brand objectives.
Proven work experience as a talent marketer or employer branding expert - Solid understanding of the recruitment process and candidate journey, including experience conducting market and persona research
- Proven track record executing digital marketing strategies, and asset/content creation: including content marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing
- Demonstrated experience owning a regional or multi-market social content strategy, including channel management, content calendars, and performance optimisation
- Experience designing or running employee advocacy programmes, including toolkits, ambassador networks, or structured content-sharing initiatives
- Comfortable using AI tools as part of day-to-day work, for content creation, insight generation, campaign optimisation, or workflow efficiency, and a clear sense of where human judgement needs to stay in the loop
- Able to effectively collaborate with functional teams across the company and external partners such as creative agencies
- Strong leadership and consulting abilities
- Passionate about building a diverse and inclusive culture
- Exceptional communication and storytelling/writing skills
- Experience using Adobe's creative software and Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Acute attention to detail with a high bar for quality
