Email Marketing Executive

The Email Marketing Executive will help deliver a best-in-class customer inbox experience, gaining hands-on experience with experienced marketers and the latest technology to create engaging, personalised campaigns throughout the customer journey.,

• Work alongside the Email Marketing Manager to develop email content and messaging for a wide range of UK audiences and business areas.
• Collaborate with the design team to brief and build weekly email templates that reflect the Wren Kitchens brand.
• Report on email performance and make recommendations based on campaign, channel and competitor analysis.
• Drive efficiency and optimisation across email campaigns, including implementing and managing an A/B testing programme.
• Collaborate with the Communications team and key stakeholders to identify gaps and improve communications throughout the customer journey.
• Work closely with the wider Marketing team to maintain a consistent brand look, feel and tone of voice.
• Work with stakeholders across the business to create, manage and report on daily, weekly and ad-hoc surveys.
You must comply with all Health & Safety policies, procedures, and responsibilities outlined within the Integrated Management System


• Whilst experience in a similar role would be an advantage, it isn't essential.
• Basic knowledge of GDPR.
• Strong copywriting and editing skills.
• An analytical eye for detail and able to respond and report on performance trends.
• Good time management skills and a flexible approach to working.
• Dynamic, self-motivated and a clear communicator.
• Ability to work well to tight schedules and deadlines.
• A drive for keeping up-to-date with best-practice and industry / channel news.
• A fast learner with a proactive approach to working.
