Electrician Mate

We are seeking a motivated and fast-learning Electrician's Mate / Apprentice to support an experienced Electrical Engineer with the installation of energy-reduction and energy-efficiency technologies in commercial environments. Projects are primarily within the hospitality and leisure sectors, offering hands-on exposure to modern electrical installations and sustainable technologies. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a long-term career in the electrical industry.

First Aid certification (including CPR/resuscitation)

• Good understanding of Health & Safety in commercial environments
• Willingness to learn and develop new technical skills
• Practical ability with basic electrical tasks (cutting cables, crimping, drilling, fixing)
• Proactive and reliable work ethic
• Professional, friendly attitude when dealing with customers
• Flexibility to travel and stay overnight when required
• Physically fit and comfortable working in varied site conditions Desirable (Not Essential)
• Previous experience as an Electrician's Mate or Electrical Apprentice
• Exposure to energy-saving or energy-efficiency technologies
• Experience working on commercial sites
