you'll do Carry out planned, preventative, and reactive electrical maintenance across the site Diagnose faults and complete repairs to plant, equipment, and building services Support mechanical and fabric maintenance tasks where required Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time allocation Ensure all work is carried out in line with health & safety regulations, safe systems of work, and site procedures Assist and oversee third-party contractors when required Report maintenance issues, risks, or potential service disruptions promptly Work collaboratively with the wider technical team to support overall site operations Maintain high standards of professionalism and client service at all times What you'll bring City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent) 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (City & Guilds 2382) Inspection and Testing qualification (City & Guilds 2391/2395 or equivalent) Experience in a similar maintenance or facilities role
