Full Job Description
As an electrician at Bromford Flagship LiveWest, you will maintain and repair electrical, mechanical, and heating systems in domestic and commercial properties, including PPM, repairs, and installations such as lighting, pumps, boiler controls, hot water systems, HVAC, and rewires.
- Experience with 18th Edition wiring regulations or equivalent time served
- City & Guilds Electrical Test and Inspection Certificate
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent electrical qualification
- AM2 qualification preferred but not essential
- Thorough knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices
- Proficiency with IT systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Commitment to Bromford's values and acting as a positive ambassador for the organisation
- Full, clean driving licence
- Proactive, flexible attitude to work and travel

- Out-of-Hours Service Rate - £835 per week: This fixed rate covers being on an out-of-hours on-call rota, including availability, support, and first-time fix payments during these hours.
