Electrical Technical Trainer

Our client, a prominent figure in the engineering training sector, is on the lookout for an Electrical Technical Trainer to join their team in Gosport. This permanent role focuses on delivering high-quality training within the Electrical Engineering Training group. Key Responsibilities: Delivering training modules within Electrical Engineering to adult learners
Conducting both theory and practical training in Electrical Engineering
Ensuring outstanding relationships with the customer and within the Electrical Engineering training area
Assisting in maintaining and updating training documentation, and assessing student coursework to provide feedback on performance

Responsible for the duty of care and progression of trainees during the delivery phase Job Requirements: Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 Technical Certificate in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent
Proven experience within Electrical/Engineering
Proficiency in the use of IT (hardware/software) within the workplace
Competent practical skills in Electrical Engineering
Desirable Skills/Experience/Qualifications: Previous instructional experience in engineering environment, This role is offered on a term time basis, working 45 weeks per year. Non-working weeks include 2 weeks at Christmas, 2 weeks at Easter, and 3 weeks in August. Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level.
