Job title: Electrical Team Leader Location: Bromsgrove Contract: Permanent Salary: £55,000 Shift: Double Days We are recruiting for an Electrical Team Leader to join a growing manufacturing business in Bromsgrove. This is a hands-on leadership role, focused on driving engineering performance, reducing downtime, and supporting a team of maintenance engineers across site. Main Duties Lead and support a team of maintenance engineers Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance activities Carry out electrical fault finding on production equipment Support continuous improvement and reliability projects Work closely with production to maximise uptime Ensure all maintenance is completed safely and efficiently The Ideal Candidate Electrically qualified with previous manufacturing experience Strong fault-finding skills on industrial machinery PLC fault-finding experience Previous Team Leader, Supervisor or Senior Engineer experience Able to work in a fast-paced production environment Strong
