Electrical Supervisor - Residential

We're looking for a hands-on Residential Maintenance Supervisor to join our growing real estate company.You'll work closely with the Head of Maintenance and the wider operations team, helping to look after a residential portfolio of around 1,500 units. The buildings are managed in-house by our maintenance team, so a key part of the role will be supervising, supporting and training the engineers.This is a varied role with plenty of autonomy, support and long-term career development, especially as the company has a pipeline of around 4,000 new apartments.The RoleAs Residential Maintenance Supervisor, you'll help make sure our residential buildings are well maintained, repairs are dealt with quickly, and residents receive a good level of service. You'll also be expected to work hands-on when needed, leading by example and helping the team complete jobs to a high standard.

RequirementsExperience in a similar maintenance role, ideally in residential propertyGood all-round knowledge of building maintenance, plumbing, electrics and HVACExperience supervising teams or contractorsGood communication and customer service skillsOrganised, practical and able to solve problemsComfortable using Microsoft Office and maintenance systemsFlexible when emergencies ariseFull driving licence is essential
