Location ref: St Georges, Redditch

Coordinating and carrying out pre and post inspections on contractors electrical and other associated domestic/communal works
Responding to technical queries in relation to responsive repairs, EICR s and other electrical and security services
The post holder will ensure the performance management system is followed to ensure effective compliance is achieved to agreed KPI s for each contract

At least 3 years experience at a senior level within the Electrical industry in an operational role to include but not limited to electrical servicing, repairs and electrical installations
Experience to diagnose and repair to any electrical systems.
Extensive knowledge of electrical installations, associated repairs, fault finding and safe isolation procedures
Testing & Inspection: 2391 or 2394/5
Full valid driving licence.
