Supervise and coordinate electrical installation works on-site
Lead and manage electricians and subcontractors to ensure productivity and quality standards are met
Ensure all works comply with current electrical regulations, health & safety standards, and site procedures
Conduct regular inspections, toolbox talks, and safety briefings
Liaise closely with project managers, site managers, and other trade supervisors
Monitor progress against programme schedules and report on milestones
Identify and resolve on-site issues efficiently to avoid delays

Demonstrable experience as an Electrical Supervisor on commercial projects
Strong understanding of electrical systems, installations, and compliance standards
Previous experience working in live/occupied environments is essential
SSSTS/SMSTS (preferred)
ECS/CSCS card relevant to supervisory role
Enhanced DBS clearance (mandatory)
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
