• Leads the delivery of engineering construction projects from initiation
through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• The role involves full accountability for scope, cost, schedule, risk, and stakeholder management across all phases of the project lifecycle.
What you'll be doing
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams including engineering, procurement, construction, and
commissioning.
• Provide direction and motivation to ensure project objectives are understood and
achieved.
• Develop and implement project execution plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Oversee mobilisation, delivery, and demobilisation activities in alignment with
contractual and strategic goals.
• Define and control scope, monitor cost performance, and manage changes.
• Track progress against project milestones and implement corrective actions where
required.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues.
• Manage client contracts and supply chain interfaces.
• Ensure commercial deliverables (e.g., variations, valuations, claims) are effectively managed in collaboration with commercial teams.
• Maintain and implement mitigation plans and contingency strategies.
• Act as the main point of contact with the client and key stakeholders.
• Maintain effective communication, reporting, and relationship management throughout the project.
• Ensure project deliverables meet regulatory, contractual, and internal quality
standards.
• Support audits and resolve non-conformance issues as necessary.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and clients
• Ensure compliance with governance processes and approval procedures.
  
  Formal qualification (BSc/MSc) in Engineering/Construction/ HNC/HND or experience equivalent
• Proven track record managing complex engineering or construction
projects.
• Strong working knowledge of project controls, contract management, and
