Electrical Maintenance Technician

NG Bailey Facilities Services have an exciting new opportunity for an Electrical Maintenance Technician to work with our amazing client The Sovereign Shopping Centre - Weston super-Mare to provide a high standard of building services provision (planned and reactive). Some of the key deliverables in this role will include:

• Ensure work is undertaken in line with SFG20 and specific method statements & risk assessments and relevant safety legislation and NG Bailey health and safety systems and procedures.
• Provide excellent service delivery by ensuring PPM tasks and reactive works are completed within contractual Service Level Agreement's to meet KPI's.
• Demonstrate appropriate Health & Safety knowledge to ensure safe delivery of all work.
• Ensure that all Operational activities are carried out in Compliance with internal regulations and external Legislation governing the Business Operations.
• Capable of working without assistance and managing Reactive Works & Small Projects carried out by others.
• You'll work 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday,
• Available to participate in the out of hours call out rota - 1 in 4, We'll do our best to outline the recruitment process to you ahead of time with plenty of notice.   An experienced Electrical Technician working to a high standard of building services provision (planned and reactive) within a commercial occupied environment and with the utmost regard for customer service. If this sounds like you, you'll thrive in this role.
You will hold current qualifications to work as a Electrical engineer including.
• Completed a recognised Electrical Apprenticeship (preferable but not essential)
• City & Guilds Electrical discipline competency Parts 1 & 2 or equivalent.
• 18th Edition
• Conversant with Electrical / Mechanical Plant related Building Services PPM's / Reactive Work
