Electrical Maintenance Technician

Landmarc is seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team.In this role you'll carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance, support wider site operations and occasionally travel to other locations across the East Region. This role offers variety, stability and the chance to work within a supportive, close-knit team. Our vision is simple: to provide the best possible training experience for our Armed Forces.What You'll DoMaintain and repair electrical systems in line with IET Wiring RegulationsConduct reactive and planned maintenance taskSupport major and minor maintenance tasks across the Training EstateEnsure site safety by following all Health & Safety protocolsConduct risk assessments and follow safe systems of workWork with stakeholders to support smooth site operationsComplete documentation using IT and paper-based systemsSupport with the on call rota during time of annual leave and sickness absenceWhat We're Looking ForEssentialRecognised electrical apprenticeship (e.g., NVQ/SVQ Level 3) BS7671 18th Edition Wiring Regulations City + Guilds 2391 -2394 + 2395 or equivalent (Inspection & Testing)Full UK Driving LicenceDesirableExperience in a commercial environmentLPS trainedEmergency lighting
