Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Stratford, East London - Up to £48,000 An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established FM service provider based on a unique commercial estate in Stratford, East London. Our client is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer (electrically biased, C&G qualified) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance, ideally within a critical environment such as a bank or blue-chip office. Working as part of a large on-site maintenance team, you will carry out a mix of electrical, mechanical, and fabric maintenance duties, including: Lighting - small installation works, fault-finding, lamping, ballast changes, control panels, power distribution Emergency lighting Hydraulics and pneumatics Air conditioning - AHUs/FCUs (filter changes and cleaning) Water treatment (temperature checks, dosing) Basic plumbing (including unblocking toilets) BMS systems UPS systemsHours of Work, Monday to Friday, 07:00-16:00 and 10:00-19:00 Plenty of
