Full Job Description
Introduction
The successful candidate will learn how to take control panel design drawings from concept to fully built and tested. Along the way they will come to understand, best practices for wiring systems, they will be taught how, Inverters, PLC's, HMI's, breakers, contactors and all components required operate.

From 3 employees in the early days, Crawford Controls now employs 9 staff across shop floor personnel, engineers and administration. Big enough to cope but small enough to care and provide the personal service clients prefer.What You'll Do
- Ability to read and understand panel schematics
- Build and wire control panels to a high standard following engineering drawings
- Achieve skill and confidence to work on own initiative
