We have built long-standing relationships with some of the country's largest organisations within the commercial, leisure and transport sectors.Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our Commercial Team based at our Bolton office.The RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for an Electrical Estimator with experience in design and build commercial projects to join a busy and growing business.Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders on projects ranging from £100,000 to £15 million, working closely with suppliers, subcontractors, clients and our project delivery teams.The successful candidate will be able to work independently, manage

multiple tenders simultaneously and contribute to the continued growth of the business.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparing accurate electrical estimates and tender submissionsReviewing drawings, specifications and employer's requirementsObtaining and analysing supplier and subcontractor quotationsNegotiating supplier and subcontractor pricesAttending site surveys, pre-tender meetings and client meetingsIdentifying value engineering opportunitiesLiaising with project managers and the wider commercial teamMaintaining estimating records and tender documentationUsing estimating software to produce accurate cost plans and quotationsAbout YouIdeally, you will have:Previous experience as an Electrical Estimator within the building services sectorExperience pricing commercial design and build projectsStrong knowledge of electrical building services installationsExperience using estimating softwareExcellent commercial awareness and negotiation skillsGood communication and organisational skillsThe ability
