Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Assessor to deliver high-quality work-based learning programmes in Electrical Installation. You will plan, assess, and support learners throughout their journey, ensuring they gain the skills and knowledge required for success in the industry. This role involves working closely with employers and learners, both on-site and in college, to maintain high standards of teaching, assessment, and health and safety.,
- Plan, deliver, and assess work-based learning in Electrical Installation, including functional skills where required
- Manage a caseload of learners and ensure timely progress tracking and reporting
- Conduct health and safety monitoring visits and ensure compliance with risk assessments
- Support the development of learning materials and contribute to curriculum design
- Promote apprenticeship opportunities to students and employers and assist with recruitment and initial assessments, Across all of our provision we work closely with employers across every sector in this region and further afield, to help you gain the skills you need to progress into your chosen career. Electrical Installation qualifications (preferably via an Apprenticeship) - GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
- Practical experience of electrical installation
- Experience of training within the industry
- Ability to motivate and inspire apprentices
