Electrical Apprentice

· Assist with the manufacturing, assembly and wiring of electrical switchboards to schematic drawings.

· Learn to interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.

· Support testing, fault finding, and inspection of completed panels.

· Use hand tools and electrical test equipment safely and correctly.

· Follow health & safety, quality, and company procedures at all times.

· Work collaboratively with engineers and production staff.

· Maintain a clean and organised working environment.

· Complete all apprenticeship coursework, assessments, and on-the-job training requirements.

We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented Electrical Apprentice to join our team. This role is an excellent opportunity to develop practical and technical skills while working towards a Level 3 Electrical Installation apprenticeship., · Electrical panel wiring techniques and industry standards

· Electrical installation principles, mechanical fabrication and installation, and safe working practices

· Fault diagnosis and basic testing procedures

· Understanding of control systems, components, and layouts

· Time management, teamwork, and professional workplace behaviours

Entry Requirements

· GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English (Grade 4/C or above preferred)

· A genuine interest in electrical or engineering work

· Commitment to completing a Level 3 apprenticeship over the full training period
