To efficiently complete advanced diagnostics and repairs to manufacturer's standards
Communicate with customers directly to assist in fault diagnosis and resolution
Continually adopt new technology and repair techniques as well as coaching the team to improve the overall skillset of Windrush
You will have or will take the progression to electric car technology
Have a stable and progressive career within a Volkswagen Group workshop (Volkswagen, SEAT, Audi, Skoda and CV) experience - other brand technicians will be considered
Hold a recognised technician qualification commensurate with the role
Have strong organisational skills in all activities and ensure that tasks are completed carefully and accurately to agreed schedules for our customers

Dependent on qualification level: a very generous basic salary with realistic total earnings of £51,000 (uncapped), 32 paid holiday days' (includes paid Bank Holidays)
