An opportunity has come up within the City EIP team for an innovative, motivated and enthusiastic individual with an interest in EIP to join as team leader.

The service is looking for someone with a passion for high quality recovery focused care to play an active role in overseeing and guiding care and support for service users, their families and carers.

The successful applicant will take on leadership responsibilities for an experienced, well-established team of supportive specialist mental health professionals delivering recovery focussed care for individuals with a diagnosis of a first episode psychosis. The successful applicant will provide leadership, managerial and supervisory responsibility to the multi-disciplinary team comprising of nurses, social workers, OT's, Psychological Therapists and support workers. Given the nature of the work, the role involves close networking with colleagues across BDCT and the Bradford locality.

In line with National EIP safer staffing practices, staff caseloads are protected to enable effective high-quality work., The role involves leadership responsibilities for an experienced, well-established team of specialist mental health professionals. The team leader will work closely with the senior management team to creatively shape and guide care to best fit our communities here in Bradford.
