Full Job Description

Join a multidisciplinary engineering team delivering innovative water and wastewater projects across the UK and internationally. As an EICA Engineer, you will play a key role in developing electrical, instrumentation, control, and automation solutions within a fast-paced Design & Build environment. What You'll Do:

  • Deliver EICA design solutions across water and wastewater treatment projects Produce and review engineering calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical reports Support the delivery of projects from concept through to detailed design and construction support Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, vendors, and clients Participate in technical workshops, design reviews, HAZOPs, and safety assessments Assess existing infrastructure and develop practical EICA solutions for treatment and pumping systems Ensure designs comply with UK standards, WIMES, CDM Regulations, and project requirements Support safe design practices including design
  • risk assessments and engineering governance

  • Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering, ICA Engineering, or related discipline Experience within water and/or wastewater engineering projects in the UK Strong understanding of EICA systems, controls, and automation within infrastructure projects Experience producing technical design documentation and engineering deliverables Knowledge of UK water industry standards, codes, and WIMES specifications Experience working within Design & Build or contractor-led environments Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
