We are seeking a committed and compassionate person to provide high-quality support for students with special educational needs and disabilities, including those with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). Working closely with the SENDCo, teaching staff, parents and carers, you will support learners both individually and in small groups, helping them to access a broad and inclusive secondary curriculum. As a key worker, you will play an important role in promoting attendance, positive behaviour, emotional regulation and personal development, using Team Teach principles to build strong relationships and ensure safe, effective support. Based within classrooms and our Inclusive Classroom (iClass), this rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a real difference to the educational experience and outcomes of young people.
