Full Job Description
- Candidates should possess strong expertise in Educational Psychology, including assessment, intervention, and report writing.
- Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Psychology and Mental Health, with the ability to apply psychological theory to practice in educational contexts.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Education systems, including experience working with schools, families, and local authorities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Special Education, including understanding of SEND frameworks, EHCP processes, and inclusive practices.
- Relevant postgraduate qualification in Educational Psychology (or equivalent) and eligibility for appropriate professional registration or chartered status.
- Experience working with children and young people across diverse backgrounds, including those with additional learning or mental health needs.
- Strong communication, consultation, and collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Competence in using digital tools for record-keeping, remote consultation, and report production; familiarity with current legislation and safeguarding requirements.
