Full Job Description

A great opportunity has arisen for an Education Team Administrator to join our Multi-Professional Team on a 10 month secondment.

This role comprises working within the Education Team supporting the team and ensuring staff are booked onto mandatory study days. The successful candidate will assist the Midwives and provide comprehensive administrative support for the Practice Development Midwife (PDM). You will maintain an accurate database.

The candidate will be expected to work independently, undertaking tasks, whilst remaining under the supervision of the PDM.You will have good IT skills and attention to detail which is required to accurately transcribe data and manage thedatabase (excel spread sheet). Working as part of the Team is a highly rewarding job, meeting new people on a day-to-day basis., You will be required tobook training and liaise with the multi-disciplinary teams as required so will need good knowledge of and be able to conduct general admin duties as required.

You will be required to collate and send data to the multi-disciplinary team and escalate as necessary.

You will need a good knowledge of e-roster as you will update rotas with training so staff are aware of when to attend., 1. Improving representation at senior levels of staff with disabilities, from black, Asian, and ethnic minorities background, identify as LGBTQ+ and women, through improved recruitment and leadership development
2. Widening access (anchor institution) and employability
3. Improving the experience of staff with disability
4. Improving the EDI literacy and confidence of trust staff through training and development
5. Making equalities mainstream
