Full Job Description

We're recruiting an Education Quality Adviser (SEND & Alternative Provision) toimprove outcomes for children and young people (0-25) across Shropshire. You'llquality-assure SEND/AP provision and support schools, settings and partners toembed inclusive practice. You'll bring strong SEND expertise, credibility with seniorleaders, and a track record of driving improvement through challenge and support.This role will provide additional capacity in the team while we work to implement theSEND reforms.

You're a SEND specialist with a strong understanding of inclusive practice andstatutory responsibilities, able to influence senior leaders and partners. You bring aproven track record of improving provision and outcomes including significant seniorleadership experience. You communicate with clarity and confidence, and provideconstructive challenge to drive sustainable change across the system.
