Full Job Description
- Have a minimum GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths at grades A-C Skills and abilities:
- Be highly articulate in speech and writing
- Have excellent interpersonal skills
- Be able to apply your knowledge and understanding across the whole age and ability range, in supporting teaching, learning and development of students
- Exercise initiative and independent action Values and commitment:
- Believe that all children can achieve a grade 4 regardless of their ability or background
- Be committed to developing the horizons of students through involvement in enrichment and extra-curricular activities
